Notifications
Control which order updates, alerts, and platform emails you receive, and view your unread notifications.
Overview
Notification settings let you control which email updates you receive from BrickHatch, including system updates, order status changes, and support ticket replies. You can also use the bell icon in the top navigation to view your unread in-app notifications. You can manage email notifications via User > Account Settings > Notifications
Email Notification Settings
You can toggle each notification type on or off depending on what you want to be notified about.
- System Notifications - Receive emails about non-critical updates such as store verification, account changes, or platform status updates
- Order Status Updates - Receive notifications when an order changes status, such as when it is placed, shipped, delivered, or requires attention
- Support Ticket Updates - Receive notifications when a message is added to one of your support tickets or when the ticket is resolved
Viewing Notifications
Use the bell icon in the top navigation bar to view your notifications. Within the notifications popover, you can:
- Open a notification - Click a notification to open the related page and mark it as read
- Clear all - Marks every unread notification as read
- View All Notifications - Opens the full notification sidebar so you can browse older notifications
What These Control
These settings apply to notifications related to both your buyer activity and your store activity. Disabling a category will stop all related email updates for that type of event for your account and your store.
You can adjust these settings at any time to reduce email volume or focus only on the updates that matter most to you.
