Control which order updates, alerts, and platform emails you receive, and adjust your preferences at any time.


Overview

Notification settings let you control which email updates you receive from BrickHatch. These include system updates and order activity notifications for both your account and your store. You can manage notifications via User > Account Settings > Notifications


Manage Notifications

You can toggle each notification type on or off depending on what you want to be notified about.

  • System Notifications - Receive emails about non-critical updates such as store verification, account changes, or platform status updates
  • Order Status Updates - Receive notifications when an order changes status, such as when it is placed, shipped, delivered, or requires attention

What These Control

These settings apply to notifications related to both your buyer activity and your store activity. Disabling a category will stop all related email updates for that type of event for both your account and your store.

You can adjust these settings at any time to reduce email volume or focus only on the updates that matter most to you.
