Verifying your email address is a required step to ensure the security of your account and the integrity of the BrickHatch marketplace. A verified account allows you to complete purchases, create a store, and more.
Using Your Verification Code
After you register, BrickHatch will send a unique verification code to your email address. You will need to enter this code on the verification screen to activate your account.
- Check your inbox - Look for an email from BrickHatch containing your 6-digit verification code.
- Enter the code - Type the code into the verification field on the site.
- Submit - Click the button to confirm your code and unlock full access to your account.
Troubleshooting Common Issues
If the code does not arrive or does not work, please try the following steps:
- Check your spam folder - Automated emails may sometimes be filtered into your spam or junk folders.
- Request a new code - If your code has expired or was never received, you can request a new one on the verification page.
- Check your email spelling - Ensure the email address you signed up with is correct.
You can review your account details and security settings via Account > Security
Verification codes are only valid for a limited time. If your code expires, you will need to request a new one to complete the process.
