Verifying Your Store
Complete store verification to build buyer trust, unlock selling features, and meet BrickHatch's seller requirements.
Overview
Store verification is required before your store can go live. This process confirms your identity and connects your payout account so you can receive payments.
Start verification
Go to your store
- Open your store settings - Navigate to your store dashboard after creating your store
- Find the banner - You will see a notice at the top of the page that your store is not verified
- Begin verification - Click Complete Verification to begin the verification process
You cannot activate your store or receive orders until your store is fully verified.
Complete the verification form
A popup will guide you through the verification process:
- Provide your details - Enter the required personal or business information
- Connect payouts - Link your payout account so you can receive earnings
- Submit verification - Review and submit your information for approval
This step is handled through a secure payment provider. Your information is used only for verification and payouts.
After you submit
- Review process - Your information will be reviewed reviewed after submission
- Follow-up if needed - You may be contacted by email if more information is required to complete verification
- Approval - Once approved, your store will be marked as verified
Activate your store
After verification is complete, you can activate your store and start selling.
- Go live - Activate your store from your store settings so that buyers can browse your store and place orders
- Continue setup - Add inventory, shipping methods, and policies
