What Is Allowed

These are the types of activities and behavior that are allowed on BrickHatch:

  • Accurate Listings - Sellers must provide clear, correct details about items, including condition, quantity, and pricing
  • Honest Communication - All messages between users should be truthful and related to orders or marketplace activity
  • Timely Fulfillment - Sellers should process and ship orders within their stated handling times
  • Fair Pricing - Prices can vary, but they should reflect the actual item and not mislead buyers
  • Proper Use of Features - Use BrickHatch tools, such as messaging and orders, only for their intended purpose

What Is Not Allowed

The following actions are not allowed and may result in warnings, restrictions, or account suspension:

  • Misleading Listings - Posting incorrect item details, wrong quantities, or false descriptions
  • Off-Platform Transactions - Asking buyers or sellers to complete transactions outside of BrickHatch
  • Spam or Abuse - Sending unwanted messages, promotions, or using offensive language
  • Fraudulent Activity - Attempting to scam, deceive, or manipulate other users or the platform
  • Account Misuse - Creating multiple accounts to avoid rules or penalties

Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for maintaining a reliable and trustworthy store:

  • Accurate Inventory - Keep stock levels up to date to avoid canceled orders
  • Order Handling - Process, pack, and ship orders within the expected timeframe
  • Clear Policies - Set and follow your shipping, return, and store policies
  • Issue Resolution - Respond to buyer questions and resolve problems in a timely manner

Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are expected to use the platform responsibly:

  • Accurate Information - Provide correct shipping and payment details
  • Timely Payment - Complete checkout and payment for orders you place
  • Respectful Communication - Communicate clearly and respectfully with sellers
  • Follow Policies - Respect seller policies and marketplace rules when placing orders

Enforcement and Account Standing

BrickHatch monitors activity to ensure rules are followed. If violations occur, actions may include:

  • Warnings - Notifications about rule violations
  • Feature Restrictions - Limited access to certain features
  • Account Suspension - Temporary or permanent loss of access

Repeated or serious violations can result in permanent account suspension. Always follow marketplace rules to avoid losing access to your account.
