Track your store's revenue, order volume, traffic, top markets, and other performance metrics over time.
Overview
Analytics gives you a clear view of how your store is performing over time. You can track sales, orders, traffic, inventory health, and customer activity to better understand what is working in your store. You can view your analytics via Store > Analytics
Overview Metrics
The top section of the analytics page shows your store's key performance indicators.
- Total Sales - Total revenue generated during the selected time period
- Average Order Amount - Average value of each completed order
- BrickHatch Platform Fees - Total fees charged by BrickHatch for orders during the selected time period
- Store Page Views - Number of times your store page was viewed in the selected time period
- Order Count - Total number of orders placed during the selected time period
- Total Items Sold - Number of individual items sold across all orders during the selected time period
- Available Listings - Total number of active listings in your store
- Out of Stock Listings - Listings currently unavailable due to zero inventory
Charts & Analytics
This section provides visual breakdowns of your store activity over time.
- Store Page Views Chart - Tracks how often customers visit your store, across different time periods
You can adjust the time range in the top-right corner to analyze different periods.
Top Countries
Shows where your customers are located geographically.
- Top Countries - Displays countries generating the most activity or orders
- Helps identify where your demand is strongest
If no orders exist for the selected period, this section will remain empty.
Time Range Controls
All analytics are affected by the selected time range.
- Time Period Selector - Located in the top right of the analytics page
- Allows you to view performance over different durations (today, last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, etc.)
