Coupons let you create discount codes that customers can apply at checkout. They are used to run promotions, reward buyers, and help move inventory faster. You can manage all coupons via Store > Coupons

To create a new coupon, click Create Coupon and fill out the form.

Enabled

• Enabled - Controls whether the coupon can be used at checkout
• Disabled coupons cannot be redeemed by customers

General

• Name - Internal label used to identify the coupon in your dashboard (example: Summer Sale)
• Coupon Code - Code customers enter at checkout to apply the discount (example: SUMMER2025)

Discount

• Type - Determines how the discount is applied (percentage or fixed amount)
• Amount - The value customers save when using the coupon

Specifics

• Minimum Order - Requires a minimum cart value before the coupon can be used (example: $10.00)
• Maximum Redemptions - Limits how many total times the coupon can be used across all customers

After creation, you will be redirected back to the main Coupons page.

From this page, you can:

• Edit Coupon - Click a coupon row to update its settings using the same form
• Bulk Delete - Select multiple coupons and delete them at once

The Coupons table shows key details for each coupon:

• Coupon Name - Internal name of the coupon
• Coupon Code - Code used by customers at checkout
• Terms - Discount rules and restrictions applied (e.g $10 off orders over $50)
• Status - Current state of the coupon
• Redemptions - Number of times the coupon has been used

You can filter coupons using the sidebar:

• All Coupons - Shows every coupon in your store
• Active Coupons - Coupons currently enabled and usable
• Inactive Coupons - Coupons that are disabled or not usable

Coupons can have one of the following statuses:

• Active - Coupon is enabled and available for use
• Inactive - Coupon is disabled and cannot be used
• Fully Redeemed - Coupon has reached its maximum redemption limit
