Marketplace Sync allows you to connect your BrickHatch store with external marketplaces so your inventory and listings stay synchronized automatically. The primary integration supported is BrickLink. Once connected, your BrickLink store and BrickHatch store will stay in sync to reduce manual inventory management. You can manage marketplace sync via Store Settings > Sync

Once connected, BrickHatch syncs inventory between BrickLink and BrickHatch.

• BrickLink is the source of truth - BrickHatch prioritizes BrickLink inventory over BrickHatch inventory
• Two-way awareness - Inventory changes are reflected across both platforms where applicable
• Deletion limitation - Removing items from BrickHatch will not override BrickLink data
• Order-driven updates - BrickLink inventory is only updated when a new order is placed on BrickHatch

This ensures BrickLink remains the authoritative inventory source while BrickHatch mirrors and updates accordingly.

To enable sync, you must connect your BrickLink store using API credentials.

After clicking Connect Now, you will see a guided setup flow.

Step 1: BrickLink Key Registration

• Action - Go to the BrickLink key registration page
• Purpose - This is where you generate the credentials needed to connect BrickLink to BrickHatch

Step 2: Configure Access Settings

• IP Address - Set to 0.0.0.0
• IP Mask - Set to 0.0.0.0

This allows BrickHatch to connect without restricting access to a specific IP address.

Step 3: Accept Terms

• Action - Review BrickLink terms of service
• Requirement - Confirm agreement by checking the acceptance box

Step 4: Generate Credentials

• Action - Click Register
• Result - You will receive:
  • Consumer Key
  • Consumer Secret

After this, continue in BrickHatch to complete setup.

Step 5: Enter API Credentials

You will be prompted to enter the following:

• Consumer Key
• Consumer Secret
• Token Value
• Token Secret

These credentials securely link your BrickLink store to BrickHatch.

Once connected, your store will show a live status panel.

• Active Status - Confirms your BrickLink connection is working
• Auto Sync - Listings, quantities, and pricing are automatically kept in sync
• Last Synced - Shows the last time inventory sync occurred (example: 10 hrs ago)

You can also:

• Sync manually
• Edit connection details
• Delete the connection

If a sync issue occurs, the connection status will update automatically to reflect the problem so it can be resolved.

All BrickLink credentials are stored securely and encrypted. They are only used to maintain inventory synchronization between platforms.
