Payouts control how you receive money from sales made on BrickHatch. Before you can receive funds, you must connect and verify a payout account through Stripe.

To receive payouts, you must connect a Stripe account and complete verification.

• Stripe Connection Required - All payouts are handled through Stripe Connect
• Verification Required - Identity and banking details must be verified before payouts are enabled

Until this setup is complete, customers cannot place orders in your store, and you will not receive any funds from sales.

When a customer places an order in your store, the payment process is handled automatically through Stripe Connect.

• 1. Buyer places an order - Payment is collected at checkout on BrickHatch
• 2. Funds are processed by Stripe - Stripe securely processes the payment
• 3. Platform fee is deducted - BrickHatch automatically applies its marketplace fee
• 4. Remaining balance is sent to your Stripe account - Your earnings are transferred to your connected Stripe account
• 5. Stripe handles transfer to your bank - Stripe deposits funds into your bank account based on their payout schedule

You never need to manually request payouts. Everything is handled automatically once your Stripe account is connected.

Payout timing is determined by Stripe.

• Initial delay - New accounts may have a short holding period for security verification
• Ongoing payouts - After verification, funds are sent on a regular rolling schedule
• Automatic transfers - No manual withdrawal is required

• Security verification - Some accounts may require additional verification before payouts are enabled
• Order-based earnings - You only earn money when orders are completed and processed through Stripe

Once connected, you can:

• View payout status through Stripe dashboard
• Update banking details via Stripe
• Monitor transaction history for each order

All payout activity is handled securely through Stripe Connect and kept synchronized with your BrickHatch store activity.
