Overview

Store Policies define the rules and expectations for your store. These help buyers understand how your store handles returns, shipping, and general terms before they place an order. You can manage all store policies via Store Settings > Policies


Terms of Service

The Terms of Service outline the general rules for using your store and purchasing from it.

  • Terms of Service - Defines your store rules, including acceptable use, buyer expectations, and legal terms

Return Policy

The Return Policy explains how returns are handled for your store.

  • Return Policy - Describes whether returns are accepted, under what conditions, and the timeframe allowed for returns

Common details include:

  • Whether returns are accepted
  • Return time window (example: 7, 14, or 30 days)
  • Condition requirements for returned items
  • Whether return shipping is covered by the buyer or seller

Shipping Policy

The Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are shipped.

  • Shipping Policy - Outlines handling times, shipping methods, and any limitations or conditions on shipping

This may include:

  • Estimated processing time before shipment
  • Shipping carriers or methods used
  • Domestic vs international shipping rules
  • Special shipping limitations (if any)

Updating Your Policies

You can edit your policies at any time by updating the text fields in the Store Policies page.
