Email me directly at [email protected] Minifgures will can come assembled or unassembled inside individual plastic bags. Parts will also come in plastic bags. Sets will come safe and secure. If something is mIssing, incorrect or unsatisfactory, it will be handled as a refund, unless you are placing a new order, and if the part(s) are available, I will ship it with the next order. There is a minimum of $3.00 to purchase from my store but if you took the time to read my terms and need an order that is under $3.00, put in the password Apollo214 to bypass the minimum :) Always read the descriptions. If there is a flaw in something, I try to be as transparent as possible so you know what you are getting. Each order will be charged $0.50 for packaging / PayPal fees. Any order below $4.99 will be charged $1.00. If the calculated shipping quote is more than you want to pay or you want it shipped without a box, request a quote, I will be more than happy to calculate it manually. Don't be afraid to ask! NEW ITEMS New items may not be in mint condition. I look through everything I receive but I am human and could miss something. Things may show signs of bulk packaging, storage, shipping, handling, etc. USED ITEMS Used items are cleaned &/or washed. Used items are USED & will show some signs of use, wear, age, play, variations in color, light scuffs & dings, etc. Again I am human but I do my best to take out anything that I wouldn't want to buy either. PAYMENT PayPal payment is appreciated within 24 hours of invoice/sale. I reserves the right to cancel unpaid orders after 72 hours of non payment SHIPPING I ship fast and I make sure the order is packaged well to ensure no damage is done. I also only ship to PayPal address. Tracking will be added to order information page when shipped. INSURANCE Sometimes things happen, so you have the choice to add insurance to your orders. Priority shipping gives you up to $50 of insurance. If you want to cover more than that, each shipping method has the option to add insurance. The cost varies based on the cost of the order. If you request an invoice/quote, please add in the notes that you would like insurance added to the quote. If you DO NOT purchase insurance, a lost package will NOT BE REFUNDED. Packages rarely get lost but in the case that it does, both the seller and the buyer can reach out to the shipping company in hopes to recover the package. If you select the insurance button on the shipping page during checkout, the additional cost will be added to your order. Selecting insurance will provide you with full protection in the event your order is lost. Please contact me with any issues you have with your order. All orders will have a tracking number attached to them when the order is shipped. Please allow 4-6 business days before reaching out about a delayed shipment. In the event a package has stopped during transit, please contact me and I will contact the shipping provider to help find your package. FEEDBACK My goal is 100% Positive feedback for ALL orders. If you feel I do not deserve it, please message me before leaving any feedback & allow me to fix/correct it. I can resolve most issues within 24 hours.
