Return Policy

After you place an order, you have a guaranteed 12-hour window to request and get a refund. If your order has not shipped yet, I can likely still issue a refund. Please message me if this happens. If a refund is placed, your money will be sent back via PayPal and the package (if packed) will be unpacked and relisted. I will do my best to ensure your parts are packaged to handle shipping, but you never know how a package will be treated by some couriers. If something happens to your order in transit, and it (and/or) its contents arrive in worse condition than when I shipped it as a result of the courier, you may be eligible for a total or partial refund. Please message me if this happens and I will do my best to assist. A photo and description will be needed. Your account profile can and will be reviewed. I will use the courier that the buyer selects, but if one is not selected or unclear, it will by default go to USPS ground advantage. If something on my website is factually wrong or your order is not correct, or something in your order was improperly described, please message me with descriptions of the problem and I will do my best to assist. This could mean (if eligible), depending on the situation, getting a refund, a thanks, a coupon, or replacement parts.
